I ordered a crewneck sweatshirt in a size large and it is literally like a 2XL or 3XL. Very disappointing because the orders are not returnable. I ordered another one in a medium, and it is significantly smaller. If the large had actually been sized correctly, it would’ve been perfect.

Horrible. I ordered 2 pricey custom tees for my kiddos. Before I could pick up the items in the same city, the company emailed me once with a deadline. I contacted them the same month with an unfortunate response. They had "donated" my already paid for items. Never attempting to mail or follow-up email, for the already paid for items.

We're sorry you're disappointed, but we'd like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your order.
Your order was ready for pickup on August 21, 2025, and we sent multiple pickup reminders on August 21, September 16, and October 11. Our September reminder specifically explained that unclaimed orders would be donated after 90 days.
Although our published policy allows 30 days for pickup, we held your order until December 1—110 days after your purchase—and made repeated efforts to contact you before it was donated.
We didn't hear from you until January 6, 2026, nearly five months after your purchase. You had selected free local pickup rather than paid shipping, so mailing the order was not part of the service purchased.
We understand that losing an order you've paid for is frustrating. However, we provided substantially more time than our policy requires and, as a small business, cannot store unclaimed orders indefinitely.

I ordered an Xxl shirt, a large was delivered. Customer service said they’ll work on correcting this. I haven’t heard anything in a couple weeks. …..::not sure what to think at this point.

I had such a great experience working with humanKIND Custom Apparel and Spirit Wear! They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. I had the idea to surprise my husband with custom sweatshirts featuring his business logo, but I didn’t have the original logo file- just a picture. They were able to recreate the logo with ease and send me a sweatshirt mockup within just an hour or two! I placed the order that evening, and the sweatshirts arrived the following week.
