I tried to exchange an adult hoodie that fit like a child's small, but the company refused both of my email requests. I am disappointed with their poor customer service.

After reviewing our email correspondence, I noticed that we responded to both of your emails on the same day, within 8 hours each time. We offered a 20% discount as a courtesy, since we do not offer returns or exchanges. Additionally, we requested measurements of the hoodie you received to check for a possible manufacturer error, but we didn’t receive a response to that email either. Based on this, we assumed you no longer wished to proceed with the new order.
That being said, we're more than happy to help resolve this for you! I'll reach out directly to see if you would still like assistance with a different size. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your feedback.

Quality and colors are great. Sizing seems way off. I ordered a large and it was way bigger than any other large I've gotten from any other vendor.
