Supply Issues
Recent changes in worldwide production have created a few shipping, inventory and shortage issues in the apparel industry. We are meeting these challenges with creativity, grace and flexibility and asking our KINDcustomers to join us. In some cases we may substitute a brand and/or color (we will do our best to match as closely as possible) due to limited quantities.
Please know that quality remains our number one priority.
If we don't love it we won't sell it.We thank you for trusting us and our expertise! We are grateful for your partnership and your business.
I live in the Chicagoland area. Can I pick up my stuff?
Yes! I have a pickup box outside my door, allowing for contactless pickup. Just choose Local Pickup when you check out.
How long will it take to get my item?
Processing times vary.
If you choose an in-stock item, your order will be ready in 48-72 hours. If you’re having a t-shirt emergency please call or email us to make sure we can meet your needs.
If you order from our full product catalog, it might take up to three weeks to fulfill your order based on how long it takes to receive your shirts for printing.
Rush service is available for a fee.
Shipping times are typically 3-5 business days after fulfillment within the US. although COVID-19 seems to be messing with that.
Sizing
Sizes vary based on products. Each listing includes a button linking to relevant size charts.
Will my shirt look exactly like it does on screen?
Not exactly, but close. Colors may vary slightly based on what screen you're using and due to the fact that each design is hand printed. The scale of the designs in most mockups are for an adult small shirt.
Can you match Pantone colors?
Pantone / PMS matching is available on bulk orders for a $30 fee/color. Please contact us for more information.
Do I need to do anything special when washing my shirt?
Here's what we recommend.
- turn garment inside out before washing
- wash in cold or warm water
- set your spin cycle to gentle
- do not use bleach or liquid fabric softener in the wash cycle
- tumble dry with low heat or hang dry for best results
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we welcome custom orders! An additional design fee may be incurred based on the complexity of the design. Contact us at info@humankind.shop and we can discuss the details.
I would like to order a bunch of the same design in different sizes. Can I do that?
Definitely! Contact us at info@humankind.shop and we'll set up a special link.
My shirt doesn't fit / I don't like the color. Can I return it?
We make each item to order based on your choice of style, color, size, design.. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We realize it is hard to order online, so we provide size charts for everything we sell. The best bet is to measure a shirt that fits you well- and use our size charts for comparison.
Do you do bulk pricing?
Yes, we do special pricing starting at over 10 shirts. Contact us at info@humankind.shop.

Can I bring you my own shirts to print on?
Yes! As long as they are cotton/ poly or a cotton poly blend. We charge as follows:
- $15 for one side
- +$7 for additional print areas
Please note that we can't replace your item in the event that anything goes wrong (like errors in printing, placement, shifting, burning or melting) even if it's our fault. If you've taken the time to consider how you'd feel if your stuff got damaged and you still want to take the risk, then YES, we will print on your item.
