Processing times vary.  If you’re having a t-shirt emergency please email us to make sure we can meet your needs. 

It can take up to three weeks to fulfill your order based on how long it takes to receive your shirts for printing. 

Rush service is available for a fee.

Shipping times are typically 3-5 business days after fulfillment within the US.

Because we custom print-to-order, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges. We are only able to replace items that are defective or damaged.

If you received an item that is defective or damaged, please email us with a photo of the issue and we’d be happy to make a new one for you!

Sizes vary based on products. Each listing includes a button linking to relevant size charts.  We recommend taking a favorite shirt and using the measurements from that to choose a size.

"Width" should be measured from armpit to armpit. "Length" is from the top of the shirt to the bottom of the shirt. Helpful graphic.

Not exactly, but close. Colors may vary slightly based on what screen you're using and due to the fact that each design is hand printed. The scale of the designs in most mockups are for an adult small shirt

If a valid email address is entered at checkout, you should receive an email notification when your order has been submitted. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, after checking your spam folder please email us.

You can change sizes/products or make a cancellation up to 4:00pm CST the day your order is placed.

Pantone / PMS matching is available on bulk orders for a $30 fee/color. Please contact us for more information.

We make each item to order based on your choice of style, color, size, design.. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We realize it is hard to order online, so we provide size charts for everything we sell. The best bet is to measure a shirt that fits you well- and use our size charts for comparison.

Yes! As long as they are cotton/ poly or a cotton poly blend. We charge as follows:

  • $15 for one side
  • +$7 for additional print areas

Please note that we can't replace your item in the event that anything goes wrong (like errors in printing, placement, shifting, burning or melting) even if it's our fault. If you've taken the time to consider how you'd feel if your stuff got damaged and you still want to take the risk, then YES, we will print on your item.

Here's what we recommend.

  • turn garment inside out before washing
  • wash in cold or warm water
  • set your spin cycle to gentle
  • do not use bleach or liquid fabric softener in the wash cycle
  • tumble dry with low heat or hang dry for best results
