Processing times can vary depending on the availability of shirts for printing. While we are able to print most orders in 3-5 business days, it may take up to two weeks to fulfill your order. If you’re on a tight deadline or have an urgent need, please email us to confirm if we can accommodate your request.
When available, we offer rush processing for an additional fee.
Once your order is fulfilled, shipping varies based on what option you choose. Estimated delivery dates show at checkout.
We use a combination of high-quality printing methods to ensure great results. Most of our apparel is printed using professional screen-printed plastisol heat transfers or Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers. For select items, we also use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing to achieve detailed, vibrant designs.
Yes! We offer embroidery on a wide range of items with a minimum order of just 10 pieces. From hats to polos and beyond, we can embroider almost anything to give your gear a clean, professional look.
Sizes vary by product, and each listing includes a link to the relevant size chart. We recommend taking a shirt you love, measuring it, and using those measurements to select your size.
- Width: Measure from armpit to armpit.
- Length: Measure from the top of the shirt to the bottom hem.

Not exactly, but they’ll be very close! Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, and each design is hand-printed, which can introduce minor variations.
Please note that the scale of designs shown in most mockups is based on an adult small shirt and may appear slightly different on other sizes.
Bulk order discounts start at just 25 items with the same design. The more you order, the better the price per piece—thanks to economies of scale! Learn more about bulk orders.
Yes, order cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel, please email us at info@humankind.shop with your request.
Yes, you can change sizes or products, or cancel your order, until 4:00 PM CST on the day it is placed.

Since all items are custom printed-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we’ll gladly replace it.

Each item is custom-made to order based on your selected style, color, size, and design. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
We understand ordering online can be tricky, so we provide detailed size charts for all our products. We recommend measuring a shirt that fits you well and comparing those measurements to our charts to ensure the perfect fit.
Here's what we recommend. Turn your garment inside out and wash cold. Line dry is best but you can tumble dry low if needed. Never use an iron over a design. If your garment's care instructions request something even more gentle (for example, hand-washing), please follow those instructions. We don't want to ruin your garment!

Yes! As long as they are cotton/ poly or a cotton poly blend. We charge as follows:
- $15 for one side
- +$7 for additional print areas
NOTE: We can't replace your item in the event that anything goes wrong (like errors in printing, placement, shifting, burning or melting).
